Our experienced leadership team ensures high standards of cleanliness through daily monitoring and our PAM quality control program. We tailor our services to meet each client’s needs and comply with all local, state, and federal regulations. We also offer customized maintenance programs, employee training, and safety initiatives to reduce liability.

Transition Process
Our 60-day transition plan includes hiring, training, and supplying new staff to ensure a smooth and seamless changeover. Led by our senior management team—including our founders—we guarantee a successful and efficient onboarding experience.

Corporate Staff
Jaime Mendoza – Co-founder and former history teacher with a BA in Government from UT Austin. Led our Dallas expansion and is OSHA certified.
Javier Mendoza – Co-founder with a BA in Political Science from TAMIU, licensed realtor, OSHA certified, and former government teacher.
